Helena began as a suite of internal tools developed by C4 to manage and maintain the highly successful PlayStation ASE cluster known as #KINGS. As the most popular cluster on the platform for several years, #KINGS attracted thousands of players and with that popularity came the need for custom admin tools.
To meet these demands, C4 created a collection of custom tools to streamline server management, automate key functions, and protect the community from bad players. Many server owners expressed interest in using these tools for their own clusters and that demand sparked the idea for Helena - a fully integrated, public-facing bot built from the exact toolkit that once powered #KINGS.
After stepping away from hosting, C4 focused on refining and combining all the tools into a single, easy-to-use platform. The result was Helena for ASE, which quickly became the most widely used PlayStation bot for server management.
With the release of ASA, development shifted toward supporting the new generation of servers. Helena ASA was born, along with the Helena Companion Mod, bringing next-level integration between Discord and the game. With deep insights into what ARK servers truly need, Helena continues to evolve as the all-in-one solution for community-driven server management.

Q. What platforms does Helena support?
Helena ASE only supports Playstation servers. Helena ASA works for all platforms as ASA is cross-play. Both bots only work with Nitrado hosted servers.
Q. HOW MANY DISCORDS CAN I USE HELENA IN?
Helena ASE allows you to setup 2 linked discords to a subscription, while Helena ASA lets you link 3.
Q. HOW Fast does helena post logs?
Helena ASE posts logs as fast as Nitrado updates them, she will check every 3-4 minutes for new logs. Once detected, they will instantly be posted to your discord. Helena ASA posts logs within 7-8 seconds of them happening.

Yes, any new servers detected on your Nitrado account will instantly be accessible through the bot at no extra cost.
